Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear proof is provided, including:
An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
Clear images/videos of the damaged or defective product.
A visible shipping label on the package.
How to Request a Return or Refund
1. Record the Unboxing
Please record a clear video while opening the sealed package and inspect the product immediately after delivery.
2. Capture Photos & Videos
Take clear photos and videos showing the damage, defect, or issue with the product.

Verification Process
Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days after receiving the required proof.
Refund Policy
If your refund request is approved:Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
For prepaid orders, the refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
No Replacement or Exchange
Currently, Daikon Fresh does not provide replacements or exchanges for any products.
Important Notes
Refunds or returns will not be accepted without proper unboxing video proof.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or incorrect ordering by the customer.
Please keep the original packaging intact until the issue is fully resolved.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped promptly.
Delivery timelines are generally between 3–6 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
Delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
